Lisa Meredith is a professionally trained chef with over 30 years experience in the food service industry. She earned her degree in Culinary Arts at Paul Smith's College. For the past 25 years Lisa has pursued her career in food styling.

Lisa's creations have appeared in such notable magazines as Better Homes & Gardens, Family Circle, Weight Watchers, Bon Appetite, Bride's, and Vegetarian Times; as well as Solutions Catalog and the QVC Cookbook.

Lisa has lent her talents to the production of the travel/cookbook book called Forks..A Quest for culture, cuisine and connection by Allan Karl.
